The Ground Floor comprises of: kitchen, dining room with a wood burner stove, comfortable lounge, the master double bedroom, a family bathroom and an entrance hall.
There are two further bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin suite up the attic staircase
All the rooms within Mo Dhachaidh are well proportioned and have a generous amount of living space for 6 people.
The property has a large decking area with a family set of a table and chairs for you to enjoy outside dinning or simply spending time with family and friends while taking in the glorious views or listening to the Corncrakes and Choughs. There is sufficient parking for 2 vehicles, a drying green and garden space for you to enjoy.
Heating is by convection heaters and storage radiators, hot water is on an immersion switch and can be used as needed, all of the facilities are suitable for year-round use.
There is a woodburning stove fitted in the property and a starter pack of logs/kindling and firelighters is provided for winter lets only ( October to March). Additional logs and kindling can be purchased at the shop.
All beds will be made up for your arrival and ample towels (not beach) are provided without charge.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome ( maximum of 2 dogs ) as long as they are kept under control and in the understanding they are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms.
(Any additional cleaning costs associated with pets will be charged at cost and you will be billed accordingly)

Bookings are taken on a weekly basis (Friday to Friday) to suit the Ferry timetable and the House requires to be vacated by 12 noon ( summer ferry timetable ) or 9 am (winter ferry timetable ) on the day of departure.
We expect the property to be left in a tidy condition and any other additional cleaning requirements out with routine cleaning tasks will be charged on an hourly rate from the good housekeeping deposit.
